We’re here today to chat about a big change on the Savannah real estate scene, folks. The well-known firm Weichert, Realtors – Coastal Properties just announced a cool new addition to their team. This is none other than Stephen Griffin, who will be making a new home in their Savannah office.
Now, you might not know Stephen’s name right off the bat, but this guy has been around the block in the real estate world. He’s been doing the behind-the-scenes work as a real estate assistant in Albany, Georgia for more than 10 years. And when he’s not sorting out realty deeds and contracts, he’s been getting up close and personal with zoning laws at the Albany Planning and Zoning Office.
But Stephen isn’t just about property lines and negotiations. He’s also a hospitality pro with over 14 years of experience that includes management roles and lots of interaction with folks from all over the globe. He spent his childhood exploring the waterways of Southwest Georgia and his love for outdoors and nature even led him to earn a Bachelor of Science focused on mammal and aquatic evolution. Whether he’s knee-deep in paperwork or treading water, Stephen loves nothing more than being in touch with nature.
A big part of Stephen’s journey has also been about scouting out the perfect place to settle down. He searched the coastline while studying and working, ultimately falling for the charm of Savannah – its architecture, history and waterways. These days, Stephen and his wife love going for walks with their doggies down the local dock and enjoying the warmth of the sunrise over the Wilmington River, right in the heart of Lowcountry.
And when he’s not chilling by the water, you’ll find him enjoying local eateries or hunting down the best bargains for everyone.
Just a quick intro about Weichert Realtors – Coastal Properties, this firm is actually the third largest Weichert affiliate in the whole country. In Lowcountry, it’s one of the largest real estate businesses, having offices in places like Hilton Head, Beaufort, Bluffton, Okatie/Sun City, and of course, Savannah. For more info about them, y’all can give Joe or Karen Ryan a ring at 843-341-3700 or just head on over to www.weichertcp.com.
All in all, this new tidbit of news is pretty exciting for all those in the real estate loop and folks interested in homebuying in Savannah. We look forward to seeing the contributions that Stephen Griffin will bring to the table with his extensive experience, both in the real estate world and beyond. Good luck to him and the team at Weichert Realtors – Coastal Properties!
