Get ready, folks! The charming cities of Beaufort, Jasper, and Hampton counties are rolling out an incredible lineup of events that you won’t want to miss. From festive Christmas celebrations to heartfelt tributes for our veterans, there’s something for everyone this season!
Mark your calendars for Friday, December 6! The Hampton County Chamber of Commerce and the Town of Hampton are teaming up to bring back the beloved Hometown Christmas celebration. This joyous event kicks off at 5:30 p.m. with a fabulous parade starting from the parking lot of the Hampton Piggly Wiggly.
The parade route will take you along Elm Street to Lee Avenue, then a turn onto Magnolia Street. Once the parade wraps up, everyone will gather at the Hampton Gazebo for some sweet treats like cookies and milk. And guess what? Santa and Mrs. Santa will also be making a special appearance to delight the little ones! To top it all off, Mayor Robert Brown will light the Christmas tree, making this a night to remember!
On November 11, don your red, white, and blue for the Annual Veterans’ Day Parade hosted by Bluffton American Legion Post 205. The parade kicks off at 10 a.m. in picturesque Old Town Bluffton. Everyone is invited to participate, whether you’re part of a group, organization, or just an enthusiastic individual who wants to thank our veterans for their service. No entry fee is required; just come with a military or patriotic theme!
