More precisely, Leonard is charged with one count of Sexual Exploitation of a Minor, second degree (§16-15-405), a felony offense punishable by up to 10 years imprisonment. Alongside this, he is charged with one count of Blackmail (§16-17-640), another felony offense which could result in up to 10 years of imprisonment if convicted.
