Sauve expressed optimism about this partnership, noting that they will work with other engineering firms to tackle what he describes as a “major, major undertaking.”

City Manager Scott Marshall states, “The larger question is what are we doing about it. A Look Back at Waterfront Park

Between 2018 and 2022, the city already invested around $1 million in stabilizing these pilings. Not to mention, in 2005, they poured more than $8 million into renovations.
