Guess what, book lovers in Beaufort, SC – your shopping options just got bigger! Books-A-Million (or BAM, as we like to chill out and call it), has made itself at home in the Beaufort Plaza Shopping Center at 11 Robert Smalls Pkwy. If you’re munching on a burrito at Chipotle, you can’t miss it!

This popular bookstore chain has an impressive reach, with more than 260 stores across 32 states and the District of Columbia. Now, the good folks of Beaufort can also dive into the irresistible world of BAM. The store promises a mix of adult and children’s books, toys, collectibles, games, and gifts.

The Grand Opening

No grand opening could be complete without some cool events lined up, right? BAM keeps it simple with face painting for the kiddos, some Disney Princesses gracefully dressed up, and cool discounts on memberships. And while you’re browsing through the stacks, you can grab some free refreshments courtesy of Sunny Summers Café, BAM’s new plaza neighbor. The grand opening festivity is scheduled for September 21st.
