Zach Taylor, who is a senior managing director of investments at Institutional Property Advisors (IPA), represented the seller, Stafford Bluffton LLC, and successfully found a buyer in Tarantino Properties Inc., as reported in a recent release.

The shopping center faces the busy U.S. Highway 278/Fording Island Road, a vital highway that serves as the main retail corridor linking Bluffton to Hilton Head Island. This route proves essential for shoppers, as it handles approximately 50,300 vehicles per day. Surrounding the center, there’s also close to 2.8 million square feet of retail space, making it a central hub for shopping and dining.
The Bluffton Target Center, established back in 2001, sits on more than 10 acres of land. It features an impressive line-up of tenants. Besides the anchor stores like Dick’s Sporting Goods and Staples, it also includes popular spots such as Honey Baked Ham, and Bluffton Braces. Other notable names include Advance America, Giuseppi’s Pizza & Pasta, Cricket Wireless, and La Hacienda.
