On November 28, 2023, the Fourteenth Circuit Solicitor, Duffie Stone, sent a letter to the state’s Attorney General, Alan Wilson, requesting his office to step in and take over the misconduct and political corruption investigation involving the former Beaufort County Administrator, Eric Greenway.
