Beaufort Station has officially opened its doors, unveiling a vibrant mix of retail giants including Old Navy, Ulta Beauty, and Ross Dress for Less. This cutting-edge shopping center spans 209,250 square feet and aims to enhance the local shopping experience. Beyond the recent openings, more stores like Chicken Salad Chick and Panda Express are set to join. With additional spaces available for new retailers, Beaufort Station promises to be a key destination for shoppers in the community.
The anticipation has finally culminated as the Beaufort Station, a cutting-edge shopping center, recently threw open its doors to a whole new world of retail wonders in Beaufort. Amidst much fanfare, the shopping hub celebrated its final grand openings, heralding the arrival of major retailers that promise to transform the local shopping landscape.
Among the newest entrants, Old Navy, Ulta Beauty, Ross Dress for Less, and PetSmart have launched their stores, bringing a fresh dynamic to the shopping experience. Earlier this summer, shoppers were already buzzing with the arrival of Hobby Lobby, TJ Maxx, HomeGoods, Rack Room Shoes, and Five Below. With a diverse range of retail options available, this shopping center has something for everyone, spanning fashion, beauty, and lifestyle products.
The heart of Beaufort Station is a centrally located facility stretching an impressive 209,250 square feet. This extensive space is designed to provide an unparalleled shopping experience right within the community, aiming to significantly reduce local residents’ dependence on travel to neighboring Bluffton for their retail needs.
The groundbreaking development was spearheaded by The Morgan Companies through their affiliate Beaufort Station Partners. With excitement at an all-time high, it has been highlighted that Beaufort Station has secured a total of 18 tenants, with an array of brand names appealing to the Charleston populace. The very first tenant to set up shop was Mattress Firm, paving the way for future retailers.
The buzz continues with upcoming tenants such as America’s Best Eyeglasses, Chicken Salad Chick, Panda Express, Surcheros Fresh Mex, and Fifth Third Bank slated to join the mix. Notably, Surcheros Fresh Mex will hold the title as the first of its kind to debut in South Carolina, and has already announced an opening date.
While the shopping center recently celebrated major openings, there is still more to look forward to! Currently, Parker’s Kitchen is under construction, while plans for an ALDI supermarket are on the horizon with construction expected to begin this fall. With a mix of both established brands and newcomers, Beaufort Station is set to become a go-to destination for shopping enthusiasts.
Shoppers may be eager to mark their calendars as tentative opening dates have been provided for some of the anticipated retailers:
Meanwhile, certain openings like those of Mattress Firm and Chicken Salad Chick currently remain without set dates.
Additionally, there are still available retail spaces measuring 3,000 square feet or less within Beaufort Station, presenting a golden opportunity for new tenants looking to carve their niche in the shopping hub.
The Beaufort Station is strategically located at the corner of Robert Smalls Parkway and Paris Island Gateway, making it a highly accessible retail stop for the growing community. With major retailers flocking to this new center, it signifies a new chapter for Beaufort’s shopping scene, enriching the local economy and catering to the evolving tastes of shoppers.
