On April 11, Holy Trinity Classical Christian School (HTCCS) is all set to host its very first Annual Spring Seminar, aptly titled “The Splendor of the Truth in the Brave New World.” This engaging event is designed to kick off a new tradition, turning the typical educational seminar upside down by creating a rich experience of Classical Christian education.
Mark your calendars because this special seminar will run from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm right on the beautiful HTCCS campus. The day is packed with insightful activities centered around deep biblical truths, literature, and thought-provoking discussions. You won’t want to miss it!
The seminar begins with a Morning Prayer, setting the tone for a day full of reflection and learning. The spotlight will then shift to two distinguished presenters: the Rt. Rev. Mark Lawrence, a retired Bishop of the Diocese of South Carolina, and Rev. Joe Lawrence, HTCCS’s own Chaplain and Humanities Department Chair. We can surely expect an enriching experience as they lead two engaging sessions.
After a delightful lunch, there’s more to look forward to! Selected students will take the stage to present their senior theses—an excellent opportunity to see the culmination of their hard work and intellect. It’s bound to be a proud moment for the school and the families involved!
As the day draws to a close, the seminar will feature discussions, a lively Q&A session, and uplifting worship. It’s all about engaging hearts and minds as the community comes together to explore the essence of truth in literature and faith.
